Finz Dive Center Terms and Conditions:

Finz Dive Center offers various services and experiences. By booking or purchasing through this website, by phone, or by email you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Finz Dive Center takes your privacy seriously. Please see our privacy policy on our website for full details about how we use your information.

Tour Activities:

Customer Responsibility:

The customer booking the activity is accepting these terms and conditions on behalf of every member of the group they are participating. Each customer is accepting these terms and conditions whenever they participate in an activity with Finz Dive Center.

Showing up late:

Finz Dive Center maintains a schedule to keep all of our clients happy and safe. If you or a member of your party shows up late and are consequently not able to participate, you will still be responsible for the full amount of the tour, activity or excursion. If you will be late, you must notify Finz Dive Center as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate you but can make no guarantee, as the nature of our trips dictates we follow the schedule to provide the best experience for our clients.

No Shows:

If you, or a member of your party, does not show up for your tour, you will be responsible for the full amount of the tour. If you have a change in schedule and will not be able to make it for a scheduled tour, please contact Finz Dive Center as soon as possible. We put a lot of effort into setting up your tour and take pride in our work. We would like to know before your scheduled trip so we will not waste resources on a no show.

Satisfactory Activity Experience:

Unsatisfactory Activity Experience:

Finz Dive Center takes your satisfaction seriously. If you experience an issue of any sort Before, During, or After your tour, please let a member of our team know immediately. We will do whatever we can to make your experience the best possible. If you do not receive a satisfactory solution to your concerns please email [email protected] and we will address them as soon as possible. Please do not wait to make your concerns known. We want your experience to be perfect!

Non Refundable Down Payment:

By signing up for this activity with Finz Dive Center you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Reservations are only guaranteed upon successful completion of a non-refundable down payment equal to 50% of the total of your trip/trips. You may only receive a refund of your non-refundable down payment under the following circumstances.

Finz Dive Center cancels the trip for weather or unsafe sea conditions This decision is purely up to the discretion of our captain on the day of the trip.
Finz Dive Center cancels the trip due to unforeseen mechanical or administrative causes.

Trips may be rescheduled up to 14 days before your scheduled departure date. Finz will keep any monies paid and move them to the new booking. The customer is responsible for any difference in price between the original booking and the new booking. If the new booking is less than the original booking the difference will not be returned. All monies paid to Finz will be considered a non-refundable down payment and can only be transferred to another booking 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

Finz Dive Center is not responsible for lost or missing emails or typographical errors. We understand that problems arise and recommend purchasing trip travel insurance to cover them. DAN Trip Insurance

Billing Policy:

By booking with Finz Dive Center, you agree to be charged via credit card or other payment method. Finz Dive Center may take a non refundable booking fee up front or may wait to charge you until a later time. By making a reservation with Finz Dive Center you agree that you will be responsible for payment of the Non refundable booking fee and or payment of the entire tour, activity, service, or product. In no event will Finz Dive Center be responsible for lost payments, credit card disputes, returned check fees, or other fees associated with non payment of a balance due. You also agree that if a dispute arises between Finz Dive Center and yourself, you will contact Finz Dive Center via email at [email protected] and request a response to your dispute before disputing with your credit card company or bank.

Liability Disclaimer:

Finz Dive Center may, from time to time, contract tours to a third party. Finz Dive Center shall in no way be responsible for any act, omission, error, or negligence that may be committed by the third party. All disputes and concerns shall be made directly to the independent contractor in any situation of concern.

All tours run directly by Finz Dive Center will be subject to signing a liability and release waiver prior to participating in the activity. A copy of our scuba diving waiver may be found here. Scuba Liability Waiver. Snorkel Liability Waiver. If you are participating in another activity please email [email protected] for a copy of any waivers you may be required to sign before participating in the activity. Scuba diving, snorkeling, and general boating come with inherent risks. You should seek counsel from your personal Attorney, Doctor, and Family Members before deciding to participate in any activity.

Finz Dive Center will not be held responsible for your failure to read or understand any of our waivers. If you require a different language for a waiver please let us know.

Coronavirus Update

Finz Dive Center takes your safety seriously. We have increased our cleaning schedules and continued to follow the guidelines of the CDC and other government agencys. By booking with Finz Dive Center you agree to not hold us liable for any injures or damages caused by any communicable disease. We encourage the use of masks and other protective measures to prevent the spread of such diseases.

Finz Dive Center encourages you to obtain travel insurance to cover any risks you may encounter while planning, traveling, and durring your vacation. We will Not Refund any monies paid due to coronovirus, state or government closures, shutdowns, travel restrictions, or anything else out of our control.

Severability:

If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable the rest of the agreement will still be in full force.

Any updates to this agreement will be posted to this website. Please check this website often for any updates to this agreement.
